Meet The Team

Vance had a strong background in sales, marketing, and management before he joined Specialized Realty Group. He has established a group of investors which he has managed for the last couple of years and has a tremendous knowledge in this specialized area of the real estate market.

David is a native Texan and has lived in the North Texas area for 28 years. He graduated from UT at Austin with a degree in Pharmacy. While he’s been professionally and ethically committed to pharmacy for many years, he’s now bringing this dedication to Real Estate.

Gary Landes has been a Texas Realtor for 2-1/2 years. He owned and managed Landes Home Furnishings, Inc. for 23 years, and Landes Storage, Inc. for 25 years. Married for 33 years to Kathryn, who works for Denton ISD. Gary and Kathryn have a son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Andrea, and a son Nicholas.

Katy was born and raised in the Flower Mound and Lewisville areas. Katy graduated from Texas A & M University in 1999, and then moved back to Lewisville to be near her family and begin her career in sales. She loves this area and hopes to help others discover that it is a wonderful place to live.

Gloria is a retired teacher with 28 years in education in the Lewisville ISD. She views being a realtor as a way to serve others in helping them find the perfect home for their needs. She is bringing the same love and compassion she had for her students to her career in real estate. She has been married to Vance for 41 years, has two married daughters, and has two grandsons who she thinks are perfect and wonderful.

Lora has 10 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Manager/Processor and is using that knowledge to further her career into the Real Estate Profession. She grew up in Irving and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She resides in the Flower Mound area now with her husband, Sean and their three sons.
